Digital Products (STL Files)

Exceptions for Digital Products

In the following cases, we will refund the purchase price even for digital products:

• The downloaded file is damaged or corrupt
• The file does not match the product description
• The file is unprintable (faulty geometry that cannot be repaired)

Printed Products

For finished 3D printed products, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods applies.

How Returns Work

1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt by email at info@3dob.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We confirm your cancellation and provide you with the return address.
3. Send the product well-packaged to the specified address. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
4. Refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the return via the original payment method.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to individual customer specifications (e.g., customized size, special color on request), unless the product is defective.

Defect Claims

If your printed product has defects (e.g., visible print errors, breakage, wrong color or size), you have the following rights:

• Repair: The maker reprints the product and ships it free of charge.
• Price reduction: For minor defects, the price can be reduced.
• Withdrawal: For significant defects or failed repair, you can withdraw from the contract.

Reporting Defects

Please report defects as soon as possible with photos of the product to info@3dob.com. The more precisely you describe the defect, the faster we can help you.
